Growing Bones offers group classes- as movement therapy courses- which run during each school term.
The first two weeks of each term are sample weeks, where casual classes are offered at a rate of $25, bring a friend for free.
The remainder of the term is run as a course, where themes are introduced, and sequential classes allow for exercise progression for best results.
