A contemporary take on a traditional classical ballet barre with an emphasis on postural alignment and efficient breathing. The barre is used for pushing, pulling and balancing to help enhance muscular strength, endurance, balance and cardio respiratory fitness. The class is open level.
This class is tailored specifically for mums. Our flexible environment allows children under 5 can come along to. They can play, sleep, eat, watch and even get involved....whatever works for your specific schedule and needs.
