Kids yoga at Growing Bones - teaches children to listen to their body, connect with nature and each other, how to recognise and understand feelings and emotions, and self love. The class is run though story- using animal names for poses, we focus on posture, breathing that is fun, learning each part of the body through yoga poses.

Introducing kids to yoga can be fun, educational and playful!
Kids yoga encourages non-competitive fun physical movement to support healthy bodies, happy minds and joyful hearts.
Classes incorporate - Breathing exercises, yoga games, meditation, guided visualizations, creative arts, music and stories. Children may gain skills to help cultivate greater self-esteem/awareness, emotional intelligence, improved concentration and sleep, as well as reducing anxiety and increasing physical strength, flexibility and coordination.
