Yoga- Clinical Hatha / Flow
Yoga aims to create union within the body and mind through the use of breath and movement. Combining elements from Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga, this class focusses on developing stability and strength throughout the body whilst increasing flexibility and mobility. These classes can assist with postural alignment, physical fitness, stress relief and overall wellbeing.
Yoga - Yin
Yin yoga is a deep meditative practice that encourages the student to slow down and release tension from the body and mind.The poses are held for a longer period of time compared to a dynamic practice, approx 3 - 5 minutes. Yin yoga aims to improve mobility, flexibility and increase blood flow and hydration to connective tissues - fascia, joints, bones, ligaments. This relaxing practice is blissful and uplifting; nourishing you from the inside out.
Barre - Clinical
A contemporary take on a traditional classical ballet barre with an emphasis on postural alignment and efficient breathing. The barre is used for pushing, pulling and balancing to help enhance muscular strength, endurance, balance and cardio respiratory fitness. The class is open level.

A fun and energetic class incorporating elements of pilates, yoga and ballet barre conditioning, giving you a full body workout with an emphasis on form and alignment. This flowing class will improve your flexibility and posture as well as strengthen and tone your muscles while you get your body moving.
