NEW: Essential movements for new mums and babies (max 5 Mums & Bubs)
Now taking expressions of interest. 

In this workshop we take mums though some easy movements that can be done at home to aid recovery and pain free function post pregnancy, plus gentle stretches and ways of holding for infants that may help calm, assist burping, assist attachment/breast feeding efficiently), ‘farting; and bowel movements (all lovely stuff ;).

The workshop is developed and instructed by our osteopath with post graduate training in obstetrics and paediatrics, and all exercises can be tailored to each mother and baby pair.
