Low impact, postural, stabilising and strengthening exercise is essential for an injury free return to activity post birth. Many body systems have changed during pregnancy, and continue to do so whist nursing. A great way to begin exercise after birth is through clinical pilates with guidance.
Finding the time to exercise with a new baby can be hard, so our classes include baby. Sleeping, awake or crying, all little ones are welcome.. All mothers understand the reality of motherhood!
