Posture Perfect: Clinical Pilates for Beautiful Posture
The pilates based exercises in this workshop are designed by our osteopath to develop the key physical attributes essential for perfect posture:
- balance of spinal curves and pelvic position
- optimal core/postural strength
- healthy strength & tone of the extensor muscles of the body (ie: the muscles of the back of the body that keep us upright)
- inaccurate body awareness
- emotional wellbeing
