Fertile Ground: Clinical Pilates for Fertility and Womens Health
Optimal abdominal muscle tone, pelvic blood flow, postural balance and low stress levels are some of the factors osteopaths feel are important for healthy reproductive function in women. The pilates based exercises in this workshop are designed by our osteopath to:
- stretch, support + balance the connective tissue and muscles of the lower spine and pelvis,
- increase body awareness
- enhance general fitness
- reduce stress
