Kids yoga encourages non-competitive fun physical movement to support healthy bodies, happy minds and joyful hearts

Classes incorporate - Breathing exercises, yoga games, meditation, guided visualizations, creative arts, music and stories. Children may gain skills to help cultivate greater self-esteem/awareness, emotional intelligence, improved concentration and sleep, as well as reducing anxiety and increasing physical strength, flexibility and coordination.
