Barre is a dynamic and fun way to move your body towards health.  It takes elements of traditional Ballet barre and Pilates repertoire and combines these elements with low-impact, sometimes high intensity cardiovascular fitness and functional training to help you move better and feel better.

Pilates – Mum & Bub

This class is tailored specifically for mums. Our flexible environment allows children under 5 can come along to. They can play, sleep, eat, watch and even get involved....whatever works for your specific schedule and needs. Whether you are 6 weeks postpartum, or 6 years postpartum, you will find this class beneficial. Programs can be tailored to suit specific client needs and are run under the guidance of our Osteopaths. Pilates - Mum and Bub aim's to condition and heal the abdominal wall and pelvic floor, strengthen postural muscles and stretch tight muscles common to new mothers.

Pilates – Clinical Mat

A class designed in harmony with osteopathic principals, and delivered to small groups to ensure individual guidance. Our clinical pilates classes for everybody are designed for participants with little or no experience of pilates under clinical instruction, with the objective of developing Fitness, Flexibility, Co-ordination, Balance, Beautiful posture, Efficient and full breathing, Core strength, Muscle definition and tone, Injury prevention, Vitality & Sound sleep.

Prenatal Pilates

A class designed in harmony with osteopathic and obstetric principles, and delivered to small groups to ensure individual guidance. The exercises in this class for pregnancy are designed to stretch, support and balance the connective tissue and muscles of the lower spine and pelvis that may influence the position and tone of the uterus, whilst keeping mama's body balanced, strong and pain free.
