Low impact, postural, stabilising and strengthening exercise is essential for an injury free return to activity post birth. Many body systems have changed during pregnancy, and continue to do so whist nursing. A great way to begin exercise after birth is through clinical pilates with guidance.
This class is tailored specifically for mums. Our flexible environment allows children under 5 can come along to. They can play, sleep, eat, watch and even get involved....whatever works for your specific schedule and needs. Whether you are 6 weeks postpartum, or 6 years postpartum, you will find this class beneficial. Programs can be tailored to suit specific client needs and are run under the guidance of our Osteopaths.
