Stephanie Trembath B.App.Sc/B.H.Sc (Osteopathy)
Stephanie Trembath completed her osteopathic education at RMIT university, graduating with Distinction. She currently holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complementary Medicine) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy).
Growing up in the Macedon Ranges, she was member of many local and representative sporting clubs. Being so heavily involved in different sports throughout her life has strongly influenced her interest in Sports Osteopathy; this interest resulted in her taking on the role as the Head Sports Trainer at one of Melbourne's amateur football clubs. Working as a sports trainer allowed her to put her years of study into practice through hands-on learning, gaining further insight into how to best treat and manage a wide range of injuries.
Among some of the many conditions that are of particular interest to Stephanie, include:
- Pain management and treatment of headaches and migraines
- Female health conditions
- Sporting injuries
- Children over the age of 5.
With her comprehensive osteopathic knowledge, Stephanie has gained an appreciation of both direct and indirect osteopathic techniques, striving to provide a holistic and patient centered approach to treatment. She acknowledges the benefits of an integrative approach to patient complaints, and enjoys collaborating with various health professionals.
Stephanie is available Thursdays and Saturdays at Growing Bones, online bookings are here.
