They can play, sleep, eat, watch and even get involved....whatever works for your specific schedule and needs. Whether you are 6 weeks postpartum, or 6 years postpartum, you will find this class beneficial. Programs can be tailored to suit specific client needs and are run under the guidance of our Osteopaths.
Yoga: Mum + Bub
Mums and Bubs Yoga is a fantastic way to move and connect.
Mothers have a strong connection in understanding their baby's needs. During yoga bonding time, babies love when mothers look into their eyes. Moments of deep connection assist Bub’s development including healthy body posture and function, healthy sleeping patterns and less tummy ache.
Time spent in Yoga helps reduce stress in both Mum and Bub, and there is less chance of going through baby blues depression. Mums also benefit from physical release, stretching into the spine and joints, and become more relaxed with the very close contact with their baby.
